    • Registration on website https://licensing.delhipolice.gov.in/
    • Login
    • Fill online application
    • Submit print out of the online application form along with the required documents to the Licensing Unit
    • Received for scrutiny in Licensing Unit
    • Scrutiny of application and documents by Licensing Unit
    • Communication of deficiencies to the applicant through letter
    • Rectification of deficiencies by the applicant
    • Requisition of reports from the district/traffic police, Building & Health departments of the concerned Municipal body, Electrical Inspector, GNCT and Delhi Fire Service
    • Receipt of report from district/traffic police, Building & Health departments of the concerned Municipal body, Electrical Inspector, GNCT and Delhi Fire Service
    • Internal processing of the application
    • If grant or renewal of the license is approved, payment of fee at Licensing Unit through debit/credit card
    • Receipt fee
    • Renewal of the license

  • Casual Performance

    The fee is also paid online through debit/credit card.
  • Individual/organization can apply for Casual Performance License.
  • The Licensed Premises are those venues which have obtained annual License from this office for organizing Casual Performance.
  • Applicant/organizer can only apply online at Delhi Police Licensing website- www.delhipolicelicensing.gov.in.
  • Casual Performance License (CPL) is granted for organizing performances like, cultural activities (musical, dancing, dramatic, mimetic, theatrical) Melas, Ramlila, Dussehra, Durga Puja, Kali Puja, Trade Fair, Exhibition, Sports Event etc.
  • Two types of Casual Performance License are granted i.e. (i) Casual Performance License for Licensed Premises. (ii) Casual Performance License for Un-Licensed Premises.
  • The Un-Licensed Premises/Open Venues are those which have not obtained annual License from this office. For Un-Licensed Premises temporary license is granted only for the duration of event.
  • The following signed, scanned documents are required to be uploaded by the applicant:- 1. Affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs 10/- duly attested by the Notary. (Available on Licensing Site) 2. Booking Slip of the venue/premises. 3. Identity document i.e. Aadhar, Electric Bill, Water Bill, Voter ID, Passport.
  • There are two types of fee for Casual Performance License:- (i) Ticketed Performance - Rs 20/- per day. (ii) Non-Ticketed Performance- Rs. 15/- per day.
